I understand that you may experience a lot of problems while being in psychotherapy. However my work is also only part of my life.
I kindly ask you to be on time for the session and warn me 24 hours before the session if you can not attend it.
If you are late for the session it may be shorter because of my previous obligations to other clients.
1. I am not billing for the first late cancellation or no show.
2. Second Late Cancellation / No show may be billed at 25% of total session fee.
3. I am not booking clients after second no show / late cancellation.
I may not be able to serve my clients after second late cancellation and may discharge them from my care.
With all due respect I will gladly help my clients to find another mental health provider.
