Evening hours are available for mandated clients.

Session Format
All sessions are currently offered online via secure video platform. If you prefer in-person sessions, please contact me to discuss availability and location details.
First Appointment
Your first session typically involves:
- Very brief explanation of what brought you to therapy (3 minutes)
- Introduction of the therapist (1 min)
- Explaining the therapy process (3 min)
- Obtaining informed consent (1 min)
- Your story (15 min)
- Exploring your goals (5 min)
- Working on your issues (25 min)
- Summing up (5 min)
- Feedback and scheduling next session (3 min)
Sessions are 50 minutes long, with 10 minutes for summary and scheduling.
